PUBLIC AFFAIRS EXPERIENCE

Practice Description

Litigation & Appellate

From his days as an undergraduate in Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Jerry Cox has concentrated on issues of safety and security, especially in transportation, and on American policy affecting international trade.

Now, with three decades of experience advising federal government officials and corporate leaders around the world, he is recognized as a keen public policy analyst on a wide array of subjects.  His cogent, factual editorials have appeared in newspapers across the United States, in Washington, DC, and in key transportation-related magazines.  He has been interviewed or quoted by CBS Radio, the BBC, the New York Times, Forbes and People Magazine.

Mr. Cox's blended, multi-disciplinary public affairs campaigns have solved clients' problems across the U.S. Department of Transportation, at various transportation safety and consumer protection agencies, at the Justice Department and in the Pentagon.  Each campaign begins with a detailed, written action plan that takes all key decision-makers into account and lists concrete action needed to achieve clients' goals.
